Return an item

To arrange a free return and register your return, please fill out the following form completely. You can return your goods free of charge within the 14-day cancellation period at any DHL branch, DHL parcel store or DHL packing station. You must either print out and attach the shipping bill yourself, which we will send to you by e-mail within 24h working days. In case of customer complaints, this applies within the warranty period. Details can be found in the general terms and conditions.

How to return items:

• Free returns within 14 days
• You will receive your return label by email within 24h, not immediately!
• You will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Do you want to exchange something? Please make a NEW separate order!

Important note: Please note that only unworn/unused items with packaging and original labelling can be returned.
